Returns & Refunds Policy
At Arch Books, we want every customer to feel confident when purchasing from us. All items are guaranteed to match their description, and we take great care to describe condition, edition, binding, illustrations, provenance, and any notable defects as accurately as possible.
Returns
Books and other items may be returned within 10 days of delivery, for any reason.
Please notify us before returning an item so that we can confirm the return details and provide the appropriate return address.

Order number: Please include your order number or proof of purchase.Returned items should be sent back in the same condition in which they were received, using suitable protective packaging. We strongly recommend using a tracked or signed-for return service, as the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
Damaged or Misdescribed Items
If an item arrives damaged, or if it does not match its description, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where an item is damaged in transit or materially misdescribed, we will provide a full refund, including reasonable return shipping costs.
Please retain the original packaging and provide photographs of the item and packaging where possible, as this helps us resolve the matter promptly and, where necessary, make a claim with the courier.
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may still return the item within the 10-day return window.
In these cases, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will confirm the outcome of the return by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Exceptions
Returns may not be accepted if an item is returned damaged, incomplete, or not in the same condition in which it was supplied, unless the issue was caused in transit or was present when received.
